Our Company’s experience with Zulan Carpets International

Our Company submitted its order in August and was told shipping would take 16 days. As of 10 October 2026, our order has never arrived. Our Company was promised a refund on five different dates, but we have still not received it. The business owner told us that Zulan Carpets International has no physical business address. Our calls to the business owner went unanswered, and we were never sent a shipping tracking code. We are still waiting for the promised refund.
